Catbridge unwind stands are designed to reliably and effectively unwind jumbo rolls of substrates. We build unwind stands for virtually any web fed material with widths from 20 to 200” and diameters from 12 to 96″. Our unwinds provide exceptional tension control and are available with a wide range of standard and optional features.
We will help you choose exactly the right unwind for your material and downstream process. Models include shafted or shaftless, hoist loaded or floor pick-up. Depending on tension requirements, the unwinds can be braked or driven. Guides, anti-telescoping rolls, dancer assemblies, and splice tables are just a few of the features available.
