Model 525 Duplex Center Slitter Rewinder

The 525 duplex center winder produces large rolls to 50-inch diameters and features a horizontal configuration that improves ergonomics and simplifies roll discharge. Unlike vertical duplex configurations, the horizontal design has two waist-high cantilevered rewind shafts, making it easier for operators to position cores and tail tie finished rolls. Additionally, the horizontal configuration allows quick, basic finished roll discharge options such as unloading trees or carts. The 525 integrates advanced technologies that promote productivity as well as safety. It also offers a variety of options for handling specific materials.
