Model 344MC Dual-Turret Slitter Rewinder

Perfect for high-volume, demanding applications, the 344MC dual-turret winder slashes downtime and delivers outstanding roll quality. This machine can slit to narrow 3/8” widths and rewind up to 18” diameters. Innovative technologies accurately control roll density as well as strand alignment at the first and last wrap. To handle high-value products, the 344MC offers open web tabbing to minimize waste. The tabber can also provide roll leaders or pull tabs. A unique shaft discharge position reduces operator bending and reaching for better ergonomics. For time savings, available features include automatic knife positioning, core loading, and finished roll discharge. Common 344MC applications include laminations and tapes, including reflective and abrasive tapes.
