New Two-Color Inline Flexo Printer
A two-color inline flexo printer was recently shipped as part of a film processing line. The printer has a servo-equipped printing station to provide registration to a downstream pattern. Additional features include ceramic anilox rolls, chambered doctor blade applicators, and UV drying. Both left-hand and right-hand anilox and plate cylinder roll stops can be adjusted simultaneously or independently. The press also has anilox “Sunday drive” for machine dwell times. The inline flexo press can be used for papers, films, and nonwovens.
Catbridge also offers an inline single-color flexo printer. This printer, with an operator-friendly design, is available in 32- to 72-inch widths. Common applications include printing multiple lanes of a logo pattern on a web substrate.
