A single-head turret rewinder with features to allow continuous operation. Run in process lines or use in other applications where non-stop operation is essential.

  • Locked-core winding
  • Linear tracking lay-on rolls
  • Speeds to 1500 fpm (457 m/min)
  • Web widths up to 84" (2130 mm)
  • Automatic cutoff and transfer
  • Rewind diameter 18, 24 or 42" (450, 600 or 1067 mm)
  • Advanced CBM1 control system with user-friendly interface, recipe control, programmable tension and density, data logging and remote support
